S.S. Lazio match worn/issued by/for Miroslav Klose for the Serie A game between Lazio and Bologna which took place in Roma, “Stadio Olimpico”, on May 18th 2004. This is a very rare shirt because it was only used in this game. Indeed this is the 2014/2015 style, used by the team exclusively once during the season 2013/2014, but it has the Coppa Italia badge on chest that was not used by the team in the season 2014/2015 because Lazio didn’t win it the previous season. So this style of shirt with a Coppa Italia was only used in this game. We can’t say if the shirt has been worn by the player or if it was simply issued for the game.
